The newly enacted Spanish Start-ups Act 28/2022 aims at encouraging start-up companies in Spainsetting out a special Start-Up Regime ("Empresas Emergentes") withsome benefits subject to the fulfilment of certain requisites and conditions.Here we will refer to the legal requirements to qualifity for the status as certified Start-Up company or Empresa Emergente.
